Fake snow in heaps, snowmen on parade and a fantastic tale on ice.
We grew up today,
bought blue cheeses for hundreds of kronor
and drank glüweihn without having to show ID.
Christmas at Liseberg has been a part our holiday celebration since it opened 2001.
It's the perfect place to go for afterworks, gift shopping, getting full on free samples...
It's also quite romatic, if you're into that.
Fancy post-workmates
Thank god for these conveniently placed around the park!
The infamous penis-vases, returning to Design Market every year...
That's probably what the inside of Felicia's mind look like

EATING
We ate at
CAFÉ TREBELLO,
an italian café/restaurant.
You go there for it's position in the middle of the park
- for when the feet are freezing, mostly.
The booze is nice (age limit: 20 years old)
and we enjoyed our
Glögg (Old scandinavian hot drink made of flavored and sweetened wine.
Popular around Christmas time in Sweden)
and Glühwein
(German seasoned hot wine, usually sold in Christmas markets),
but the food isn't anything special.

Expensive and bland, but portion sizes are quite big.
We paid around 105-110 SEK for a course
and would not recommend eating here but instead going to the nicer Järnvägsrestaurangen or Hamnkrogen (but there the prices also rise quite drastically.)
The vegetarian buffet Green Room is also nice and more worth the money
(price ranges around 130-200 SEK)
PROTIP!
Liseberg is usually quite/very expensive, and the food taste á la themepark. If you're looking to save some money/gain quality, exit the park to go someplace else.
As long as you have a stamp on your hand, which you get from the guards in the entrences, you are free to go in and out of the park as you please the same day.
